EVENT BEEPS still TOO LOUD!

the advance volumn controls under Sounds and Audio are
identical to those under Enertainment. Try turning Sticky
Fingers under Accessibility. The beeps that sound off
when you press a Shift or Control key produce an
Windows "event tone". The volumn of these tones is not
affected by Windows volumn controls.

I still need help. I need the sounds; just 75% quiter.
