I have purchased a new computer and a friend entered
thier hot mail user name and password after I installed
MSN messenger. Now it will not let me delete thier name
and always starts out logging on to thier account. I have
to log in as a different user to enter Messenger. I have
tried deleting the messenger file in program files but
after several instals it still brings up the original
users name. Help

Greetings Rob,

To fix this, click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts
in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and then on the left side of the screen,
under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, click
the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and click 'Remove'.
