run away chkdsk

I'm having trouble with chkdsk since an improper
shutdown,upon restart chkdsk takes over,runs thru it's
checks
flashes a blue screen for less than a second and prompts
a restart,it does not stop it just keeps repeating it's
checks and restart.I went to Kelleys corner,followed all
advice,checked all values suggested and they were all
fine.I now need to find a way to view that blue status
screen with enough time to read and respond to it,s
options.

Try to do a repair installation on windows.

You will lose all your updates but at least it's working.
