Is the "communication service" is gone from IM for good?

What about your new RTC server("greenwitch")?
Any user who want to use RTC server stuck with
Messanger v4.7 ?

Greetings Chris,

The Communications Service/RTC Service option is gone from MSN Messenger 5 and above yes,
this has moved to Windows Messenger, and will be in Windows Messenger 5 (which is the
official client for RTC Server).
