line 6, right side, Fix the Ding.Wav File

If that doesn't do the trick, try changing the sound
scheme from control panel, sounds and audio devices,
sounds tab. If I remember correctly, that's what worked
for me on Home Edition. After you get it working
properly, you can then change it back to the original
scheme.
