Now I tried every thing I know to get rid of this but

Error 404 is returned by specific web servers if a page cannot be found (it
has nothing to do with Internet Explorer or Windows, but rather the site
you're visiting). I'm not exactly sure what you want to do, but make sure
your internet connection is functioning properly. Try opening a web page
you know will be active, such as www.google.com or www.microsoft.com. If
you get Error 404 when trying to open those sites, it probably means your
internet isn't set up properly. You may need to run the Internet Connection
Wizard (which can be done by going to Internet Explorer options and on the
Connections tab, click the Setup button). If you only get Error 404 on some
pages, make sure you're typing the address correctly and that the page
actually does exist.
