Go to the Close Account page ( which will be found under
MASN Help and follow the instructions.

Note

Your account can also be closed if you stop using it. If
you don't sign in for 30 days (or within the first 10
days), your account will become inactive. At that time,
any messages in your account will be deleted and inbound
e-mail will be refused. Your Passport will still
function, and your Hotmail e-mail name will be reserved.
If your account stays inactive for a further 90 days, it
is permanently deleted, and your e-mail name is no longer
reserved.

In order to cancel your MSN subscription service, please
visit Microsoft Billing at:
https://billing.microsoft.com. If necessary, sign in
again.
