p2p networking??

I keep getting this strange error. It pops up every 30
seconds or so, its very annoying what can I do to fix it?
My internet connection is fine but i get this error
hundreds of times!

A box pops up and is labeled "p2p networking" cant find
server Any help would be appreciated! thanks

Has someone installed, and then only partially removed, a
peer-to-peer file sharing application, such as Kazaa or Morpheus?
