Flickering on web sites plus can't read e-mail

Hi there. I have just updated my from Millennium Me up to
Microsoft XP.I'm having some problems with the program.

I try to print something and the words keeps
scrabbling.It takes me so long to try something. I hae
never seen nay thing like it.v That is just little
example what kind of wofrd I get. o

I have to keep going back to correct it. The cursor sees
to get a head of the wordms. I need know why it doen'ts
print the words ighrt. Also I'm having problems with
flickering and I can only read half of my e- mail then it
will flip right back up to the top of the e-mail so I
can't read my e-mail unless I print it out.

I need some one to tell me why this is happing.

Have you uninstalled your video driver and (downloaded the latest from the
manufacture web site first) and then reinstalled it. Sounds like a video
problem.`
