webcam problem

my webcam does not work on messenger version 4.7.
it used to work but not any more can anyone help.all i8
get is a blank screen

Have you gone through the Audio and Video Tuning Wizard recently? To do so, open up the main
Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Audio Tuning Wizard and go through the wizard.

This Audio/Video Tuning Wizard seems to be Johnathan's ONLY answer to the
PROBLEMS inherent in this version of MESSENGER when it comes to messenger
and webcams... when is he and Microsoft going to admit that they ****ED
UP... BIG TIME... so instead of beating around the bush and pussy-footing
around all the problems with lame excuses like it's your hardware, or use
the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard, JUST FIX the ****ING thing so we may all get
on with our worthless lives !!
