How do you make programs that are listed on the "C"
Drive "Program Files", appear in the "Start", "All
Programs", listings?
These are programs that have been moved from a slave hard
drive (from a damaged PC) to the primary hard on a new
PC. The hard drive from the damaged PC has temporarily
been installed in the new PC.

You can't move programs, you have to reinstall them to the 'C' drive.

You can drop a shortcut to a file on the all programs menu.
