We have the need to monitor services that are run when IM for Exchange 2000
is running. Could someone please tell me which services, .exe's and .dll's
are running when IM for Exchange is running.

If this is not the right group for this question, please direct me to the
right one. Is there a group for "Exchange Instant Messaging" ??

Thanks for your help in advance.

Exchange 2000 Instant Messaging does not run as a separate service. It runs
as part of the INETINFO.EXE process (which is the basic IIS 5 process). I am
not sure if there are any performance counter available for Exchange 2000
IM, but if so you should be able to find them in Windows 2000 performance
monitor.
