Messenger - Any way to recover message string??

Just had long message interchange and forgot to Save As
to keep the message string. Does this string exist
anywhere? Can I recover it?? Thanks. Fourputt

Greetings,

Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger 5 and below do not save conversations -- they are not
stored anywhere "temporarily". The only exception to this is if you have Messenger Plus
(http://www.msgplus.net) installed, which automatically does log conversations.

Also, if you're using MSN Messenger 6, and you have the logging feature turned on, you can
simply right-click the contact and choose Open Message History'.
