Thanks for your quick reply.
I tried both but didn't help:
1) with the "DVD FIX" I unziped the file, but when I click on the program it
tells me that my CD-DVD driver should be located in "Window explorer" to
reboot the computer. I did and nothing happened. With the Article 320553, I
followed carefully the instructions, except at the end it tells you to
uninstall the driver with the "?" but since my computer doesn't recognise it
how can I??? Since the DVD ROM is part of the computer andwas working
perfectly before, what else can I do??? Please help, thanks
