View Full Version : creative blaster pci 128 woes!

hi!
i have a majpr problem with my sound. itwill only play
when the computer is restarted from windows and will not
play from initial manual boot. i don't know what to do,
because i have tried microsoft help and support and tried
everything, there is no hardware conflict and i have
tried many many drivers, all with the same symtoms.
Please anyone out there, have you got an answer, will be
much apprieciated!

I would also consider UN-installing any software that might have come on a
disc from Creative; they provide loots of 'bloat', extrastuff you really
don't want or need unless you think you are gonna try to be Phil Spector
sound-wise! i don't really know what comes with that particular card...
