messenger 6.0 webcam to webcam

Hi, I am running XP and my friend is running '98. He is having a problem
with viewing his cam on his screen. I can see their cam fine and me in the
lower window. They can view my cam fine but the image from their cam is
either blank or a flicker of image. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Mark,

Thanks -- I don't really have any suggestions about why it could be doing that (perhaps the
WonderView) doesn't support the smaller video size used in the lower window? You might tell
your friend click the small arrow in the lower video window, choose View Size, and then
choose Large or Medium to see if that allows his preview to appear.
