I cannot find my E or F drive on My computer I need to
manualy open the E: drive.How? Thanks.

I think "I have to manually open the E: drive" may be a clue that, it at
least, might be an optical drive of some description.

I suspect as much Cassandra, was just looking for validation. If it is what
I suspect, the fix here will probably resolve the issue:

My wife doesn't even get that priviledge <g>, no one uses that except me
mudder (and then only when I'm being the PITA that I can be).
