After taking control of a remote computer via remote
assistance, I attempt to remove a program on the remote
computer using the "Add/Remove Programs" option in control
panel. An error message notifies me that another user is
logged on and that Windows cannot remove the program.
I assume that the other user is the person logged on the
computer at the other end.
Is there a way to log the user out while i stay connected
to the computer and still maintain the connection? or is
there another way around the error?
Thanks in advance for any help.
