I'm getting the "Can't find the database you specified or
you didn't specify a database at all" message when trying
to run Access97 on XP Home Edition. I already followed
the steps in KB Article 141373 and renamed
the "hatten.ttf" font file to "hatten.xxx", reinstalled
Office97 and renamed the font file to get the Registry
set up correctly. I also made sure I have Read access as
the Administrator. If anyone has another suggestion, I'd
appreciate it as I'm starting to get tired of the hassles
of using XP...

The error sounds like you do not have an ODBC driver for Access. Administrative
tools -> Data Source (ODBC),
