Remote assistance won't work!!

Hi!

Got this huge problem, me and 2 friends of mine have tried
to get remote assistance to work, but it won't. We all use
win XP Pro and MSN messanger 6.0. The thing is that
everytime we send an invitation to each other, the
invitation gets closed down at once. We have all tried to
close down our firewalls, but still wont work. Anyone got
any idea ?

Do any of you have Windows Messenger...the integrated/built in one, that
comes with windows uninstalled or disabled in gpedit.msc. Because it will
have to run in order for the R.A. to work.

right click on my computer go to properties and on the remote tab tick the
remote assistance

With similar setups, my friend and I had the same problem.

I bypassed by router, and then it worked!
