msnmessenger video and audio goes off after a few seconds

hi........

msn messenger video and audio feed goes off in a few
seconds...

no problem on my other ME computer..
error message says...

"the computer or network you are trying to reach is
having difficulties ..try again later"

well it has been about 2 days..

is this really a "network problem"

I have recently downloaded service pac2 and do not know
if video feed was working prior to that..

any ideas...??

I also downloaded quicktime and answered yes to Windows
and to internet and no to macintosh..
