hotmail + auto load messenger

Ok, I use windows messenger but my brother wants all the
fancy crap in the MSN messenger 6 or whatever it is.
Short of deleting the whole program, how can I at least
stop it from loading MSN 6 when I check my email on
hotmail?
It's bloody annoying.

Unfortunately you can't (without disabling the use of JavaScript, something Hotmail makes use
of).
