Not without a software license for the OS/programs in
question. If you purchased your system through a
legitimate company, you should have backup Windows CD's
(unless it is one of those new 'partition
backups'...ugggh, who's the genius that thought up that?
God forbid should you have a hard drive failure and have
to repurchase hard copies of all your software.)
