won't start up...

Hi there !! I can't get windows or Msn 6 messengers to start when i turn my
pc on... things worked fine until i installed MSN 6 now i try to run either
and it takes many tries before one will start.. any idea's?? i'm running xp
on a laptop, tried with firewall inactive, same results... any help would be
appreciated! thanks.

Do you happen to have Messenger Plus installed? If so, try uninstalling it, rebooting and
try again. To do so, click Start, then Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs, click
Messenger Plus and then click Change/Remove.
