When i try to use "Offer Remote Assistance" i get the
message "Access Denied" even though i have added my
username as a helper on the remote PC. Also when i try to
do the same on another computer on the same network,
there is no problem.
Anyone have any ideas?

thanks

People who delete the help assistance ID usually report this. They would need to
replace it.

Open a command prompt and run:

sessmgr -service

I think i just figured out tha itssupposed to
be "Permission denied" not "Access Denied", im using the
Swedish version so thats why i didnt really know what the
error code was.
