This weekend I purchased and downloaded McAfee Spamkiller and the AdSubtract
program. I already have the Virus scan program with the Security center.
Today there was an update available to install. When I indicated it to
install, It ask me for my username and password. It has never done this
before, it has always went ahead and downloaded without this information.
When I put my username and password in where it indicated it came back and
said it was an invalid username and or password. What is going on here. What
could be wrong. I checked with my account info and every thing seems to be
corrected. I had them Email me my password and it was the one I used. Is
there something that I have to change on my computer now so that I can still
download and install my updates. Please give me any suggestions to what has
caused this problem and what can I do to correct this. Thanks
