I am running Windows XP. Mobile AMD Athlon XP 1500+, 256 MB of Ram. This is
my laptop I am having the problem with. Yesterday when I would launch
Internet Explorer, the window would pop up within 1 second. Now when I
launch IE from my desktop icon it takes about 15 seconds for the browser to
come up... What is the problem??? Thank you. -Justin
