On one desktop, msmsgs.exe starts up then closes when I Outlook Express.
Sometimes hangs OE and I get the DCOM SERVER FAILURE message in event
listing. I see registry edit to prevent this slow startup.
What I'm curious about is this: Why do other desktops on the same computer,
with the same windows messenger and OE settings not even cycle the
msmsgs.exe upon startup of OE? I've used task manager processes listing to
confirm this and the desktops do not behave the same way.
How do I make it not cycle that way (other than clearing default lines in
registry)??
