I cannot get Net Messenger service off

Does anyone know how to remove names from MSN Net
Messenger? My daughter and her friends names are on that
so I have to go through all of there names to just get to
mine. I went to delete but it will not remove them at
all.HELP

To remove this, click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then,
click User
Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and then on the
left side of the
screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the
window that opens,
click the (Passport) entry and click 'Remove'.
