Windows Movie Maker 2 Crash Problems

Whenever I attempt to add video transitions to Windows
Movie Maker 2 between clips, the application abruptly
crashes, and leaves me no option to submit an error
report.

Does anyone else share this problem, or possibly have a
solution?
