Msn Explorer - reset homepage

for the first time i launched this program,it asked me to specify country,
since i am living outside US, it then asked me to chooose the most
appropriate msn site, i then chose malaysia. but i found out the content and
connection is not so impressive and want to change to somewhere else. i have
tried registry checking and even system restore but leads to nothing. any
ideas?

try uninstalling in Control panels/add/remove programs then look here
