Application errors

I have windows XP home. Some applications like Sony Open
MG Jukebox, Quicktime 6 and MSN will not work. I have re-
installed them and still the problem persists. i have
done system restores to earlier dates still no luck.

Nobody seems to know whats causing the problem. Help
would be much appriciated.

The error reads

Symbolic Name: ER_USERCRASH_LOG
Message: Faulting application %1, version %2, faulting
module %3, version %4, fault address 0x%5.
