Windows XP Pro Favorites Location editing?

I have a computer that we upgraded from Win 98SE to XP
Pro. After the upgrade IE 6.x Favorites are pointing to
the C:\Windows folder. Does anyone know how to set it to
the C:\Documents and Settings\..\User\Favorites folder
like it should be?

Go to the IE, Tools menu, Options, and click the Settings button, then Move
Folder button. (First use File menu, Import and Export to save a bookmark.htm
file of existing favorites) After the move and restart, Import the bookmark.htm
you saved.
