Hi, I have a language problem. I want to read chinese
characters on the internet. I changed the encoding to
chinese and set chinese in the regional and language ( I
think I did it right). I can read contents of almost all
chinese websites. however, I cannot read my friends'
name in windows messenger and the title bar of any
chinese website. They display squares instead of chinese
characters.. how can I get them all to display chinese?
