Outlook automatically removing attachments

Outlook automatically removes attachments with certain
file extensions. There are a list of them in Level 1
which can not be changed. One of the extensions listed
is ".url". So I can't send or recieve any links to
websites! Does anyone know how to remove this option?

Click on Tools/Options/Security Tab, then uncheck "Do not allow
Attachments - -,etc.
