Using Windows 98, have an option for XP upgrade or full
version. Problems encountered when installing a full
version as opposed to an upgrade? Problems encountered
installing an upgrade versus full version?

Hi Di,
They are exactly the same, except the Upgrade version will need to see an
existing qualifying installation or CD for same before proceeding. Either
can be used for a clean install.
