I'd really like to configure my voice settings but the
Speech option in the Control Panel is practically useless.
Windows XP Helpspot tells me to reconfigure it using the
Voice Recognition tab in Speech, but there IS NO VOICE
RECOGNITION TAB. Only "Text to Speech" or whatever.
What can I do?
