Probably hardware related, get the latest drivers for XP
and could be ram. Remove some ram and see if it still
happens. Go through and take any hardware that has
recently and reinstall one at a time to see if any of that
causes a problem. Failing that uninstall any programs that
have been installed since the problem occurred and do the
same install one at a time.
