please help

my computer freezes up and all the windows close sometimes
a blue screen come out and says something about if this is
the first time restart your computer, dumping physical
memory, and uninstall recent software or hardware... when
i restart my comp it says it cannot detect master server
or slave then it says disk boot failure insert system disk

however if I unplug everything for about 3 minutes then
startup my computer it works fine for 20 to 90 minutes
until the problem occurs again...what is my problem and
how can i solve it?

how about some info about your computer? such as processor, sound card,
video card...etc.
