System tools

My system tools folder is empty for some reason.
Is there any way that i can find out if the contents are
still on my computer?and if so return them to sys tools.

Try searching your hard drive for something that was in the System Tools
folder, like "System Restore.lnk" - they may have been accidentally dragged
out of the proper folder (a fairly common occurrence). If you find where it
is, then just move it (and all others) back where they belong by dragging
the .lnk files.

Other files that you are missing:

Backup
Character Map
Disk Cleanup
Disk Defragmenter
Files and Settings Transfer
Scheduled Tasks
System Information

All of these are *.LNK files.
