It seems that IE is always on. I get popups eventhough I
have not opened IE. Messenger was sending popups until I
enabled the Microsoft firewall.
Also, please explain why IE makes changes to the homepage
address I enter... ie. if I want to go to google, it adds
a passthrough to some site called WABU then goes to
google. If I want to go to netscape it goes to active-
max, which adds a toolbar and then gives me the netscape
home page.
Alot of the link icons on these toolbars are
inappropriate for children.
Security settings don't help. Please advise
