Your hard drive is usually "c". Double-click my computer, double-click "c", on the
toolbar under file, click new, folder.

Doing as Mary said, you can make as many folders as you wish + name them
what ever you want. Make one for Dowloads, one for Temp, MP3's, ? whatever.
If you have more than one drive or partition, like D or E drive in the My
Computer window sometimes its better to keep your files off the system
drive. (usually C drive)
