Greetings Christopher,

There's nothing in the Services that will stop you from Sending files. It may just be that
your Internet Connection Firewall has been engaged. To check, click Start, then click the
Control Panel. If you're in category view click Network and Internet connections then click
Network Connections. Right click the network/internet connection, then click Properties.
Click the Advanced Tab, and verify that the Internet Connection Firewall is unchecked.

I have always had the firewall enabled. What else you
got?

Hi Chris,

If you have the Internet Connection Firewall enabled, you couldn't have been able to send
files (unless you manually configured it to do so). As I said, I know of nothing in Windows'
Services that would stop it from working.
