I recently opened an email and it somehow installed some
inappropriate files on my computer. I searched through
programs and deleted all i could find of the files. But
now I find when I right click on a web page in my
internet browser there is a link near the bottom that
goes to a pronographical site. I dont know how to remove
it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this so i dont have to
worry about it anymore?

To remove entries manually go to:
Start>Run>Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
Clear Entries from Tools:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
Select each subkey and look at its MenuText value in the right-hand pane.
When you locate the menu item, delete the entire subkey.
Note you can save the registry key first by:
On the File menu, click Export.
In the File name box, type SaveKey, and then click Save.
Or create a system restore point prior to editing.
Note: If the registry key is not there, you can simply create one by going
edit > new.
