memory error

when i want to play games on yahoo or pogo it keeps coming up as follows:

IEXPLORE.EXE APPLICATION ERROR

The instruction at 0x028336b8 reference memory at ox028336b8. the memory
could not be read

please help don't know how to fix it or what cause it going nuts
