Same issue here, only with a SB Audigy2

Only they cant hear me at all...but the mic is verified
working...

I had a similar problem and using same hardware. Intel, netgear 614 etc

Check to see if you and your mate have QoS Packet Scheduler enabled. I had
to DISABLE mine and a friends to get us both on line. QoS is located in
your network connection.
