Yep nothin...

I've had the same trouble and came here to this group to see if there is ANY
hope for messenger yet.
I think that microsoft is killing this program on purpose because no one can
use it it seems. I'm going to look for alternatives and stop thinking there
is a fix, because there just isn't one for this thing.
