Good Luck!! I downloaded that program only to have it
STUCK on my hard drive unable to get rid of it. My tech
person can't even get rid of it. It is annoying!! I was
seriously considering switching from AOL to MSN, but
forget that!! I would never use Messenger now. If you get
any info regarding how to delete this program, please let
me know!!

Have you tried the options in Tools/Options? Maybe????
