What is this and why do i keep getting them?

Hi,
It is a virus that is circulating the internet. Just keep deleting them.
Blocking is ineffective as the sending address keeps changing. Eventually,
it will run its course and stop. I have received that particular one in
excess of 100 times by now.

Hi,
It is a virus that is circulating the internet. Just keep deleting them.

You're probably getting them because you've posted in a public forum,
like this one, with your real email address.
They're annoying; but that's all, NAV's done it's job and deleted the
virus code, so your system is uninfected. Just keep deleting them. As
someone else posted, I've gotten it more than 100 times, too, sometimes
4-5/day.
If they really bother you, perhaps you could set up a mail filter to
look for the NAV "file was deleted" phrase and route it directly to your
Trash folder?
