Dear mr. Jonathan

Could you help me, I have installed IM Client in many PC
and there is no problem but the problem happend in 3 PC's
(OS XP SP 1).
I Install IM CLient fo exchange ver 4.7, the problem is
there is no Send File, voice n video conf. in Action
Menu. How to make it Enable ?? because in another PC (OS
XP) everything is ok, all fuction in action menu is
complete.

It's possible that these options have been blocked by user policies.

To check/remove, load the registry editor (click Start, then Run, enter "regedit" and click
OK), then go to the following key (they look like folders):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Mess enger\Client

Click the 'Client' key, then on the right you'll see options like DisableVideo,
DisableFileTransfer, etc. just click each one, choose the Edit menu, and then choose Delete.
If the "Policies", "Microsoft", "Messenger", or "Client" keys are missing, then try going
here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Mes senger\Client

and repeat the same as above.

You'll need to completely close Messenger (right-click its icon in the notification
area/system tray and choose Exit), and restart it to see this change.
